Coach Anthony Lynn making the right moves to get Los Angeles Chargers to Super Bowl
By Ernie Padaon
What do you think about the Los Angeles Chargers coaching decisions that they have made in the last game?
How do you like coaching adjustments with the Los Angeles Chargers against the Baltimore!?!?!
That is what you need to do when you get to playoff football. With all the injuries at that linebacker position, it looks like we were going to put Hayes Pullard or Nick Dzubnar onto the field and play the middle of the defense, but the coaching staff had a different idea! This is how you make adjustments based off of the players on the roster!

This coaching staff has been tremendous all season long. I’m sure there’s been times where you have questioned some of their decisions. I know there are times where I have definitely questioned staying with Jahleel Addae at safety all season long. When it comes down to it, this team is 12 and 4 for the season because of the moves that they have made.
The team was aggressive against the Kansas City Chiefs and stole that win. The team was aggressive and came back against the Pittsburgh Steelers and stole that win. This team is finding ways to win. The coaches are making the calls to find wins in the game.
Coach Lynn knows that we can’t beat ourselves in this game. We can’t have stupid penalties. We can’t have turnovers. We have to play clean to steal this win.
This coaching staff has been aggressive when they need to make the play call. When they had a 4th and 1 at the goal line, they went for it. They knew that they needed to get points on the board no matter what against the Baltimore Ravens even if it meant that they had to kick a field goal in the red zone.
I like that they made adjustments from the first matchup to the second game. The team was getting the matchups that they wanted on the field. It’s going to be a different ballgame when we come up against Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.
This is where we are all going to see that Coach Lynn has what it takes to make the plays against a genius on the other side. When we decide to put 7 DBs on the field, we know that the New England Patriots are going to do whatever they can to run the ball football and get their offensive linemen up and to the second level. Will the Chargers be able to handle that? I think they will. It will be something to keep our eyes on though.
Having the 7 dbs on the field was a curveball for the Baltimore ravens, but the New England Patriots have a week to come up with their gameplan against it. They are going to try to find a way to attack it. Will they be able to handle the attack?
I feel that the Chargers have the better roster on the field. Will Coach Lynn make the right calls to get the win? I expect a win and then expect to be headed out to Kansas City next week.
What do you guys think about the coaching job that the guys have done?
