OPEN THREAD: Week 6 – What games should Chargers fans be watching?

The San Diego Chargers defeated the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football. Here is a thread for other games going on in Week 6.

We’re already six weeks into football. Crazy, right? The Chargers stand at 2-4 after a win over the Broncos, which also snapped the Chargers’ 10-game losing streak against divisional opponents.

The big game to watch on Sunday is the other AFC West battle between the Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders (4-1) are off to their best start since 2002, while the Chiefs (2-2) are coming off a bye. Raiders RB Latavius Murray is out for the second straight game. Meanwhile, we could see a full dose of Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles in this one.

Other games relating to the AFC to keep an eye are:

• Bengals vs. Patriots – Tom Brady came back with a vengeance, throwing for 406 yards and three touchdowns in rout of the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals are below .500 (2-3) and will be looking to get back on track. Can Andy Dalton lead the Bengals past an underrated Patriots’ D?
• 49ers vs. Bills – Colin Kaepernick will start against a Bills team that is 3-2 after winning their last three games. If the Bills are smart, they’ll play the National Anthem during the game so Kaepernick takes a knee (repetitive joke but it still makes me chuckle).
• Ravens vs. Giants – The Giants (2-3) look good on paper, but they can’t seem to get it together. The Ravens are 3-2, but they lost their last two games (had a chance to win both of those games). The Ravens’ defense is tough, but we need Eli to take care of business this week (Side bet: Odell Beckham Jr. cries before the fourth quarter starts).
• Steelers vs. Miami – Will Big Ben and the Steelers continue to roll, or will Arian Foster, who’s expected to play, be able to jumpstart the Dolphins?
• Colts vs. Texans – The Texans are 3-2, but they haven’t looked impressive as of late. Meanwhile, Andrew Luck has a better chance of his beard protecting him than his offensive line (league-high 20 sacks). The Colts are 2-3, and while this matchup on Sunday Night Football isn’t exactly exciting, we could witness Lamar Miller scoring his first touchdown of the season, making me happy in fantasy (yeah, I’m selfish).
