Chargers vs Ravens: Prediction Thread
By Ernie Padaon
This team has me sick to my stomach this year. The team’s record is terrible and I still can’t believe that we are this bad. At this point, it is reminding me of the last few seasons with Norv Turner. Do I want to win and keep the minimal hope alive for the season or do I want this team to crash and burn and maybe that will be enough for the management to make a move somewhere.

We have the Baltimore Ravens up next and they are just as bad as we are this season. Can we pull off the win this week? The Chargers seem to play up or down to the competition or don’t show up at all like they did last weekend. What can we expect out of the Chargers this weekend? What are your predictions?
Here are some of my predictions for the game.
The Chargers will come out of the gates stumbling. This team shows up to games late all the time. Mike McCoy doesn’t seem to have a good gameplan heading into games and I don’t see why that would change this time around. Either Philip Rivers will toss an interception that goes for a score or the team will give up that long return on special teams for a touchdown. Sounds about right.
Philip Rivers will still have an epic game. He comes out to play every week and he will put up numbers. Will the defense be able to stop anyone though?
Justin Forsett will make a number of defenders look stupid and will have at least one long score for a touchdown. How many times have these little scat backs killed us? The Chargers don’t know how to tackle, so it could be a big game for Forsett.
What are your predictions for this week?
Here is my final score prediction: Chargers 23 Ravens 24
Ravens win the game with a field goal at the end of the game.
