The LA Chargers have one of the easiest games of the season in Week 14 as they take on the New York Giants, who are either going to start Mike Glennon or Jake Fromm. While the Giants are probably the easiest opponent that the Chargers have faced all season, the Bolts still cannot take them lightly.

This is especially true with the Chargers potentially being without Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. While Williams seems likely to play, anything can happen when you are missing the top two pass-catchers in what is definitely a trap game for the Chargers. But will the Chargers fall into the trap? Let's get into our Week 14 AFC West predictions.

LA Chargers defeat the New York Giants, 27-20

This game is going to be closer than fans might expect and the Giants are in a decent position to cover the spread against the Chargers. The receiving problem limits the Chargers' offense while this has all the makings of being a vintage game for Saquon Barkley.

At the end of the day, though, the Chargers should absolutely be able to get the job done against a team like the Giants at home. The Bolts can kiss their division chances goodbye with a loss to the Giants while also making it much tougher on themselves to even make the playoffs.

Yes, the Kansas City game is looming around the corner on Thursday but it is important that the Chargers do not fall victim to the classic trap game. They probably will a tad with a slow start that allows the Giants to stay in the game, but at the end of the day, I trust Justin Herbert far more than I trust Mike Glennon.

Let's dive into the rest of the AFC West games in Week 14.
