The LA Chargers suddenly look like a team that is ready to make a run at the playoffs after back-to-back blowout wins on primetime. Los Angeles will face a much tougher test in Week 10, though, as the team is hostingthe Detroit Lions.
This matchup is going to be one of the best of Week 10 and definitely was deserving of a primetime slot. The Chargers will not end up playing a third-straight game on primetime but this game will still have plenty of viewers as it includes two of the most entertaining games in the entire league.
It is a must-win for the Chargers if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive while it is also a must-win for the Lions if they want a shot at being the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Here is everything that fans need to know.
Chargers vs Lions odds:
As it stands right now, the Lions are 2.5-point favorites on the road against the Chargers in Week 10. This makes the Lions a -132 money line favorite while the Chargers are a +112 money line underdog. The point total for the game has been set at 48.5 points, which is the highest point total of any game in the Week 10 slate.

As mentioned, this will not be a third-straight primetime game (even though it should be) for the Chargers. With that being said, this game will be kicked off at the usual time for West Coast games as this game will start at 1:05 PST (3:05 CST).
How to watch Chargers vs Lions:
CBS has the broadcast rights for this game. Local fans in both the Los Angeles and Detroit markets will be able to watch this game on their respective CBS stations, as well as on Paramount+ (subscription required).
This game is the "A" game for CBS, so it should be available to more of the country that does not have a local team playing. CBS is sending Tony Romo and Jim Nance for the call with the only other late CBS game being the Atlanta Falcons at the Arizona Cardinals.
