Which jerseys are the Chargers wearing today vs. Panthers?

It goes without saying that the LA Chargers have the best-looking jerseys in the entire NFL. Some teams may disagree but if there was a completely unbiased poll there is no denying that the Bolts would rank No. 1.

While it may seem trivial, the thought process behind "look good, play good" definitely applies to the Chargers. Even if it is just a subconscious difference, any bit of added confidence the Chargers can muster from their jerseys will help.

In Week 2 the Chargers take on the Carolina Panthers, who have a very similar color scheme with light blue as one of the team's primary colors. With that in mind, fans may be wondering what the Chargers will look like once they take the field on Sunday.

The Chargers are wearing powder blue jerseys vs. the Panthers

While light blue is a primary color for the Panthers and it would be confusing on the same field as the Chargers, Carolina is wearing its white jerseys at home in Week 2. The Panthers are only wearing their light blue jerseys twice this season, both of which are home games.

Because the Panthers are wearing white, however, the Chargers are unable to wear their traditional white road jerseys. The Chargers will be wearing white every other road game this season with Week 2 being the only exception.

The Chargers started the season with the powder blue jerseys in Week 1 and donned the yellow pants to go with it. Many fans prefer the white pants to the yellow pants and will be hoping that the Chargers switch it up in Week 2.

The Chargers will be wearing the powder blues a lot early on in the season as the team will return home in Week 4 with the powder blues on against the Kansas City Chiefs. Fans of the all-white jerseys, myself included, will get to see the team in white in Week 3 and Week 6. But as of right now, it is unclear if the team will wear all-white in Week 3, or if it will be the white top with the yellow pants.

Either way, the Chargers are going to look good.
