Week 17 vs LA Rams: 23-13 WIN

The LA Rams are not as scary as they were before the season. The defending Super Bowl champs were expected to be a tough matchup as the calendar turns to 2023 but now that we are deep into the season, the Rams are one of the worst teams in the entire league.

The Rams were already one of the worst teams in the league when they were healthy earlier in the season. LA's lack of depth was on full display as they simply did not have the offensive line nor the number of weapons to be successful on offense.

Add in the fact that there is a very slim chance that either Matthew Stafford or Cooper Kupp play in this game and it is hard to see a path in which the Rams are able to move the football. If the Rams had a rushing attack they would be able to at least take advantage of the weakest part of the Chargers' defense but they are one of the worst running teams in the league.

Baker Mayfield will be playing for his next contract in free agency and the Rams do not have their draft pick in 2023, so they won't be playing for draft position. With playmakers on the defensive side of the ball, the Rams will be able to keep this game closer than any Chargers fan is comfortable with.

It will be an ugly game for the Bolts but they will still emerge victoriously. By these predictions, the Chargers will be 10-6 heading into the final week of the season against the Denver Broncos.
