NFL power rankings, teams 12-9:

12. Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts might be a wild card and while he is not as good as Dak Prescott, he was good at doing what the Eagles needed him to do last season. Philly had a fantastic offseason, and in particular, a fantastic 2022 NFL Draft that puts them ahead of Dallas. As it stands right now, I like Philly more to win the division.

11. Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals made the really weird decision of trading a first-round pick for Hollywood Brown but they did so to keep Kyler Murray happy. Kyler Murray is undoubtedly a top-10 quarterback in the league and every year he is an MVP candidate halfway through the season.

Now the test for the Cardinals is being able to actually finish an entire season without getting much worse towards the end. That is on Kliff Kingsbury and the coaching staff.

10. Cincinnati Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals are coming off of a Super Bowl run, so it might seem a bit insulting to rank them 10th in these NFL power rankings. Yes, Joe Burrow is a really good quarterback, but I am sick of everyone pretending like he was playing amazing during the playoff run and he is the reason why they made that run. Cincy had the easiest schedule in the league last year. This year will be a true test.

9. Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson has to be the most disrespected great quarterback in the league. Sure, he is not a natural passer and there are limitations when it comes to that, but he is a former MVP and is a winning football player. Baltimore missed the playoffs but easily could have won three extra games that they lost last year. I like them to win the AFC North in 2022.
