LA Chargers training camp is just over a week away and the excitement is brewing. This is a Chargers team that is primed for big things with the coaching overhaul that the offseason provided.

With Justin Herbert entering his second season after a rookie setting rookie year, the sky is the limit for the Bolts.

Training camp is going to be a very telling time for the Chargers as Staley works out the kinks for his new team. Jobs will be won and lost and there will be cuts that take us by surprise.

Some players have much more pressure than others as they have a lot to lose in training camp.

The three players with the most to lose during LA Chargers training camp:

1. Joshua Kelley

Joshua Kelley was really bad last season and it does not matter that he was drafted only a year ago. It was a bad pick at the time with what the team needed to add on the roster and it was even worse with how bad he played.

It got to the point last season where Kelley was a healthy scratch to make room for players that were not even meant to be part of the running back room, such as Kalen Ballage. It got ugly.

Whereas Anthony Lynn may have given Kelley more chances because he was there when he was drafted, Staley is not going to have the same feelings. Staley likely had some say in drafting Larry Rountree this year and if Kelley is slipping up at all he could fall the way to the back of the depth chart.

It would not be totally surprising to see him relegated to the practice squad with how poorly he played last season.
