The LA Chargers put yet another massive win under their belt in Week 5 with a shootout win over the Cleveland Browns. The Bolts now have the joint-best record in the AFC and some of the most impressive wins in the entire NFL.

We have been doing AFC West power rankings thus far this season. However, after this monumental win, we thought it was appropriate to rank the entire AFC and see where the Chargers really stand.

Ranking the LA Chargers among the entire AFC:

16. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have lost 20 games in a row and it is not getting any better. Urban Meyer has proven to be more of a distraction than a plus for the team and it is hard to see Jacksonville turning things around any time soon. It won't be all that shocking if they are picking first overall in the 2022 NFL Draft.

15. Houston Texans

The Houston Texans actually looked way better than expected early in the season with Tyrod Taylor under center. It has gone all down hill since as the Texans have not won a game. That being said, Davis Mills may have had the best rookie quarterback performance ever against Bill Belichick in Week 5, which is not something that I expected to write.

14. New York Jets

The New York Jets are coming off of a loss to the Atlanta Falcons in London but they did manage to show a lot of heart and nearly came back in the game. That being said, the ceiling of this team is based on Zach Wilson, which right now, appears to be very low.

Next up, the 13th through 10th-ranked teams in the AFC.
