The Super Bowl is over which means that it is officially mock draft season and that we here at Bolt Beat will be bringing you various LA Chargers mock draft based on the evolving landscape not only of the draft but the other moves the Bolts make during the offseason.

Free agency is going to be a huge indication of what the Chargers' strategy will be in the 2022 NFL Draft and the Bolts can go a multitude of ways in free agency itself. That is the luxury of being able to create $100 million in cap space if needed.

Instead of predicting what the Chargers might do in free agency and then target in the 2022 NFL Draft for our latest Chargers mock draft, we decided to let the fans do the work. We conducted a five-round mock draft on our Twitter account, allowing our followers to choose between a selection of potential fits in each of the five rounds.

The Bolts rebuilt the defense in this fan-selected Chargers mock draft.

We used The Draft Network's Mock Draft Machine and made sure to give both offensive and defensive choices that potentially fit what the Chargers could be looking to do. When it was all said and done, Charger fans favored the defensive side of the ball.

In the following pages, we will reveal who the fans picked in each round as well as give some analysis on the player itself and how the pick could fit on the Chargers.

With that being said, the LA Chargers are officially on the board with the 17th overall selection.
