The 2-1 LA Chargers host the 3-0 Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football looking to make a statement and throw a wrench in the Raiders' hot start to the 2021 season. The Bolts are coming off of a huge win against the Kansas City Chiefs and picking up another AFC West win could be huge in the eventual playoff race.

It is only Week 4 but this is as meaningful as a Week 4 game can get. The Bolts have a tough slate early on but if they can push through this part of the year and grind out wins then the overall record is likely going to be very impressive.

There is a lot of intrigue around this game with the Raiders being the most surprising team in the league and the Chargers starting a new era with Justin Herbert and Brandon Staley. Let's get bold with what we think is going to happen.

3 bold predictions for the LA Chargers in Week 4 vs. the Las Vegas Raiders:

1. Justin Herbert throws for 400 yards.

Yep, we are getting that bold. This might not even seem like that bold of a prediction considering that Justin Herbert is averaging over 300 yards per game but 400 yards is still no small feat. And while the Raiders' secondary has been pretty decent thus far, they have not come up against a team that will challenge them vertically.

Baltimore has Lamar Jackson who is great but is not someone who is going to air it out. Ben Roethlisberger should have retired after last season and Jacoby Brissett is a bonafide backup. Justin Herbert is the best quarterback the team has faced this year and they are not going to get a break defensively as they have thus far.

We have already explained why the Chargers are going to expose Casey Hayward in this game so it is safe to say we are pretty confident in the passing game in this one. Big Ben's best game this season came against the Raiders, so that should tell you all you need to know.
