The LA Chargers are going to be quite active during the offseason. The Bolts have among the most practical cap space to spend in the league with the ability to get the total cap over $100 million if they fully take advantage of contract restructures.

There are various holes that the team needs to fill as well as various players on the roster who are going to be free agents and need to be re-signed or replaced. The Bolts are going to be active in free agency, whether that is re-signing talent or bringing in new talent, and have 11 picks to work with in the 2022 NFL Draft.

This is Brandon Staley's second offseason with the team and after focusing primarily on the offensive line last offseason the Bolts will likely focus on building a roster that better represents Staley's vision for the team, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

With so many ways to add to the roster and a limited number of roster spots, Staley has the luxury this offseason to trim off some of the fat that he may not have had last offseason or in training camp. Players who do not deserve another year with the team won't stick around for depth purposes.

There are 3 players, in particular, who don't deserve another season with the LA Chargers.

We are not talking about the players who are already free agents this offseason. We don't need to tell you for the 100th time that Chris Harris Jr. should not return to the team in 2022. Instead, we are looking at players that are rostered with the team that could eventually be let go, whether in the offseason or as a training camp cut, because they don't deserve another year with the team.
