The 2022 NFL Draft is officially in the books and the LA Chargers have added eight new players to the roster. This was a really interesting NFL Draft for the Chargers as the first-round pick was universally loved by fans but the rest of the draft was more polarizing.

While the Bolts may have made some surprising picks, this is just the second draft with Brandon Staley as the head coach and the first draft was one of the best draft classes that Tom Telesco has had. That should give fans more optimism for this class.

In terms of starters, the Bolts likely only landed two starters from the 2022 NFL Draft class and one of them is only starting under a special circumstance. While there are not many starters, this draft still has a big impact on the LA Chargers depth chart.

But what does the LA Chargers depth chart look like following the 2022 NFL Draft?

The team obviously still has training camp in several weeks and that is obviously going to be what determines some of these position battles on the depth chart. Nothing at this point in time is locked down and right now, there are far more than 53 players on the depth chart.

That being said, we still wanted to put together our projected Chargers depth chart with the players in order of their place on said depth chart. First, we start with specialist positions, as they are rather straightforward.

Kicker: Dustin Hopkins
Punter: JK Scott
Returner: DeAndre Carter
Long Snapper: Josh Harris

Now that the obvious is out of the way, let's dive into the rest of the Chargers depth chart.
