The LA Chargers are heading into the team's biggest challenge of the Jim Harbaugh era thus far as the Bolts host the defending two-time Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. Kansas City has picked up right where it left off from last season with an undefeated 3-0 record.

After two weeks of promising play, there was optimism around Harbaugh's Chargers being able to upset the Chiefs at home in Week 4. However, a litany of injuries in Week 3 and a Derwin James suspension to go with them has made fans far less optimistic.

Still, any game with Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert (if he even plays) is appointment viewing for football fans. Here is everything you need to know to watch this AFC West clash.

How to watch Chiefs vs. Chargers on TV:

CBS is broadcasting this game and for the third time in four weeks, the Chargers are going to get the A-team at CBS. Jim Nance and Tony Romo are on the call as this late afternoon game will serve as the most-seen CBS game of the week.

There are four early CBS games in Week 4 and two late games. Meanwhile, FOX will only be broadcasting one game, and which game you see will depend on where you live. Here is the coverage map for the late CBS window, via 506 Sports:

Areas in red will broadcast the Chargers-Chiefs game (just about everywhere in the country). Areas in the blue will broadcast the Cleveland Browns at Las Vegas Raiders game. If you live in the expansive coverage window for Chargers-Chiefs, you simply have to tune into your local CBS provider to see the game.

If you live out-of-market and want to see the Chargers-Chiefs game then your best bet is going to be NFL Sunday Ticket.

How to stream Chiefs vs. Chargers

Every CBS NFL game is also available on the Paramount+ app. As long as you live in the coverage area and have a Paramount+ subscription you can watch the game via the app on any device.

If you do not have Paramount+ nor traditional TV then your best bet will be one of the streaming providers that offers a cable-like experience. Fubo, Youtube TV, Hulu + Live TV and Sling TV all carry CBS and will broadcast the game to in-market fans (which is almost everyone).

Fubo offers a seven-day free trial for new users.
