After an 0-2 start to the preseason, the LA Chargers will officially wrap up the games that do not matter on Saturday against the Dallas Cowboys. Dallas is 1-1 thus far in the preseason, not that the records matter at all during this time of year.

What matters in the preseason is the individual performances that will shape the 2024 season. Most of the time, these preseason performances give fans a good idea of how the backend of the roster will look. That way, if someone lower on the depth chart needs to step up, fans have an idea of what to expect.

The third and final preseason game of the year can be the most telling as if often includes the most starters. Fans who may have missed the first two weeks of the preseason are going to want to tune into this one to get an idea of where the team stands heading into the regular season.
