Chargers winner: Tuli Tuipulotu

The Chargers selected Tuli Tuipulotu in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft. Tuipulotu was one of the most productive players in all of college football but fell into the second round due to perceived hurdles he would have because of his size and athletic profile.

All of the teams that passed on Tuipulotu might already be upset that they overthought the draft and didn't simply take one of the best players available. The former USC Trojan has continued his strong college play into the NFL and is already one of the most impactful players on the Chargers defense.

The craziest part about Tuipulotu's hot start is that he was not even meant to be a starter for the Chargers. He is the third edge rusher on the roster but because of a lingering Joey Bosa hamstring injury, he has gotten more playing time to make his mark on the game.

The rookie pass rusher recorded nine pressures against the Vikings in Week 3 and was constantly disrupting Minnesota's game plan both in the passing game and the running game. He is a legitimate game-wrecker who is already making his mark in the league.

It seems hyperbolic to project the rest of Tuipulotu's career only three games into his Chargers career but he has all the makings of being a truly special player for the Chargers for many years.
