The LA Chargers host the Tennessee Titans in Week 15 in what can be a massive launching-off point for the Bolts. A win for the Chargers would move the team to 8-6, giving them a great chance of making the playoffs this season.
Los Angeles has the easiest remaining schedule in the entire league after Week 15 as they take on the Indianapolis Colts, LA Rams and Denver Broncos to finish the season. The Chargers already control their own destiny but a win over the Titans could all but ensure that the team will make the playoffs.
This is a massive game for the Chargers and getting as much talent back on the field as possible is imperative for the team. Luckily for Chargers fans, the team got exactly the kind of great news it was looking for as all three of the team's questionable players coming into Sunday will be active.
All three of these players returning is a big deal for the Chargers, especially in this matchup. The Titans are dealing with a laundry list of injuries in this game and the Chargers being the more healthy team truly is a first for this season.
Sebastian Joseph-Day is going to add a huge run-stuffing presence in the middle that will hopefully help slow down Derrick Henry. Behind him, Bryce Callahan will help slow down an already anemic passing offense for the Titans.
Trey Pipkins returning might be the most impactful return. Foster Sarell has not been good at right tackle and it will be nice to see most of the offensive line back together. Outside of Rashawn Slater, the Chargers have all of their starters for this game.
Derwin James highlights Chargers inactives list for Week 15
It is not all good news, though, as Derwin James is officially inactive for the game. James was listed as doubtful with a quad injury that held him out of practice all week. Him not playing was an expected outcome.
There are some really interesting choices in this list for the Chargers. Michael Bandy not being active is an interesting decision as the Chargers will only have four active receivers in the game. This is something the Bolts have done before and it definitely has its risks.
Rookie J.T. Woods not being active, even with Derwin James out, is not a great look for the rookie. Woods is already struggling to get playing time this season and he has not been great in the chances he has gotten. Raheem Layne, who was elevated from the practice squad, getting playing time over him is a bad look.

While not having James definitely hurts, Chargers fans should be happy about the inactive list and the players that are returning in this one.
