Chargers vs. Patriots best anytime scorer picks (Bet on Jalen Guyton)
By Jovan Alford
After dropping their third straight game last week to the Ravens, the Los Angeles Chargers will head to Foxboro to play the struggling New England Patriots on Sunday. The oddsmakers don’t think points will be scored (O/U 40.5), as both offenses have struggled to put scoring drives together.
However, I found two Chargers anytime touchdown props worth considering, along with a Patriots prop that is the best option for their struggling offense.

Best anytime touchdown scorer picks for Chargers vs. Patriots
- Jalen Guyton (+400)
- Rhamondre Stevenson (+115)
- Donald Parham (+400)
Jalen Guyton anytime touchdown scorer (+400)
You might want to jump on this bet sooner rather than later, because with Keenan Allen on the injury report as questionable, there's a chance Jalen Guyton will be the top receiving option for the Chargers against the Patriots this week.
At +400 odds, Guyton is an almost must-bet to score this weekend.
Rhamondre Stevenson anytime touchdown scorer (+115)
With New England having instability at quarterback, the best bet for someone on that team to score a touchdown is Stevenson. The 25-year-old running back scored his second touchdown in the past three games against the New York Giants last week.
Stevenson has seen an increased workload over the past two games, receiving 23 and 26 touches against the Colts and Patriots. We should expect a similar workload for the versatile running back this week, especially if the Patriots start Bailey Zappe. This season, the Chargers have allowed eight total touchdowns to opposing running backs but haven’t given up a touchdown to RBs in the last two games.
Donald Parham Jr. anytime touchdown scorer (+400)
Finally, if you are looking for a super longshot anytime TD dart throw, look no further than Los Angeles TE Donald Parham Jr. Parham is currently second on the team in red zone targets with 10, per ftnfantasy.com.
The last time Parham scored a touchdown was in Week 8 against the Bears, where he had four receptions (five targets) for 43 yards. Parham didn’t register a single catch against the Ravens last week after he had four receptions (six targets) for 57 yards in Week 11.
The Patriots have only allowed one touchdown to TEs this season. However, with most of the focus on Allen and Austin Ekeler, maybe Parham can get behind the linebackers and score a touchdown.
