3. The Chargers FINALLY stay healthy

This kind of thing doesn’t usually happen yearly. We don’t typically see teams deal with injuries like the Chargers had in 2022 in back-to-back years, knock on wood.

All in all, the Chargers barely had Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack on the field at the same time, barely had Keenan Allen and Mike Williams on the field at the same time, and only got five games out of JC Jackson.

Bad fortune with injuries hit the Bolts like a ton of bricks last year and they still made the playoffs. One may be inclined to believe the football gods will be kinder this time around and keep everybody on the field in 2023. I'm certainly someone who thinks so.

If the Chargers stay healthy then they should be up there with the top teams in the AFC. You can’t say that about just anybody in this league.
