The LA Chargers schedule has officially been announced and it is safe to say that the team yet again wins the award for the best schedule release video with its hilarious anime video that took shots at everyone from Urban Meyer to Pat McAfee.

We already ran through the schedule to give our game-by-game predictions but as we learn every year, there are certain games that the Bolts might win that we predicted them to lose and there definitely is always the surprise game that the Chargers should have won but lost.

Every team in the NFL has at least one shocker and the better you are as a team the fewer of those games you have. However, they still happen and there are some trap games for the Bolts on the 2022 schedule.

3 potential trap games on the LA Chargers schedule in 2022:

Week 7 vs. Seattle Seahawks

Of course, the Chargers are supposed to beat the Seahawks next season, that is the entire point of this article. Seattle will admittedly be harder to beat if Baker Mayfield or Jimmy G is the quarterback instead of Drew Lock, but they definitely are still very beatable.

So what makes this a trap game? The Chargers will be coming off of a Monday Night Football showdown against the Denver Broncos at home the week prior. The week after the Seahawks game is the team's bye week.

The Chargers could be coming off of a huge win over the Broncos in primetime and the last thing the team needs to do is overlook Seattle and look ahead to the bye. Obviously they are going to turn their full attention to every opponent they play but teams can still absolutely sneak up on them.
