The LA Chargers' Week 13 game against the Las Vegas Raiders couldn't have started any better — until Justin Herbert jogged back to the locker room with trainers. Just moments after Herbert's 10-yard touchdown pass to Quentin Johnston, the star quarterback went to the locker room clutching his left hand.

The injury appeared to happen the play prior on a hit from Raiders' defensive back Jeremy Chinn. Considering Herbert threw a touchdown pass the very next play, it did not seem to be a serious injury for the Bolts' signal-caller.

Well, it might be more serious than initially thought. Herbert did not come back into the game the next drive, leaving Trey Lance to take over quarterback duties. The CBS broadcast confirmed during that drive that Herbert was dealing with a left hand injury, and that he is considered questionable to return.
