Look, things get chippy on the football field. Sometimes an argument gets out of hand and a player feels the need to open-hand strike someone. That is what Chargers defensive tackle Teair Tart felt the need to do on Friday when some waffling between he and Travis Kelce escalated in the second half.

We'll never condone this kind of violence here at Bolt Beat, but we certainly aren't going to lose sleep over Tart's scuffle with Kelce. Chiefs fans are losing sleep over it, though, as it has become one of the primary talking points from the Chiefs' loss.

Chargers fans aren't sweating it, though, and neither is Tart. The veteran defensive tackle took to social media after the win with a message that certainly won't sit well with Chiefs fans.

Chargers fans can't get enough of Teair Tart's post-game social media message

The pettiness of this post is at an all-time high and Chargers fans cannot get enough. Not only is Tart telling Chiefs fans to hold the L, but the inclusion of the two hands emoji seems as pointed as it possibly could be.

And if that was not enough, Tart took it to a whole new level on Instagram. Tart shared a clip with the popular phrase "what did the five fingers say to the face" shortly after the Chargers beat the Chiefs.

Chiefs fans are likely fuming over Tart's post-game social media antics, and how could they not? For the first time in what seems like forever, Kansas City wasn't on the receiving end of a controversial referee decision! This is what it feels like to be a fan of the other 31 teams, Chiefs fans!

Should Tart have been ejected? Probably. After all, Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Jalen Carter was ejected in the season opener for spitting toward Dak Prescott. An actual open-handed strike seems like a worse infraction.

But hey, because Tart's hand was open, it didn't warrant an ejection. That is the law of the land in the NFL and Chiefs fans just have to accept that. Kelce and the Chiefs don't get special treatment because of thier star power.

And hey, if that wasn't bad enough, Tart did swat down a pass during Kansas City's later two-point conversion to tie the game. If he wasn't in the game who knows what could have happened. Perhaps the Chiefs score, the Chargers only go up seven, and Kansas City goes for it on fourth down instead of kicking a field goal later in the fourth quarter.

But that all exists in a hypothetical world. In the real world, the Chargers beat the Chiefs and Tart played a huge role.
