The Los Angeles Chargers are going to have a new slate of coordinators next season. On offense, the unit never performed up to snuff, and Greg Roman got replaced by Mike McDaniel because of it. On the other side of the ball, Jesse Minter's squad was so good that he just earned a promotion.

Now that Minter will be replacing John Harbaugh as the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the overlap between these two franchises remain strong. Here are five Chargers who could feasibly follow Minter to Baltimore when they become available in free agency.

5 Chargers free agents who could follow Jesse Minter to the Ravens

1. Khalil Mack

Mack may not be in the Chargers' plans next season, as his contract is up and his production and availability continue to take a hit. The Ravens need help on the edge and more veteran leadership on the defensive line, and Mack could hit both of those bullet points for a young coach in Minter.

2. Benjamin St-Juste

St-Juste carved out a solid role in Los Angeles this year, but it remains to be seen if Joe Hortiz and Jim Harbaugh will want him back. If the Chargers let him walk, Minter could easily be enticed by him as a depth piece once again. His ball skills alone may get him in the building.

3. Odafe Oweh

Oweh was traded from Baltimore to Los Angeles during the season, so the Ravens' general manager may not sign off on this one. But Oweh did show some growth under Minter, and Eric DeCosta selected him in the first round for a reason, so a reunion could be in play.

4. Teair Tart

Tart joined the Chargers when Harbaugh and Minter came to town, and with his contract up, he could easily leave and follow the latter to Baltimore. Tart could join players like Travis Jones and John Jenkins on the interior, wreaking havoc up the middle like Minter wants.

5. Del'Shawn Phillips

Phillips was an All-Pro special teamer this season, so it is unlikely that Hortiz will let him walk out the door. However, if Minter sees an expanded defensive role for him in Baltimore, the former undrafted free agent could be lured to the Ravens and follow his old defensive coordinator.
