There is an assortment of draft prospects that are the most likely picks for the LA Chargers at 13. While a lot can happen in the first 12 picks, there are certain paths that the Chargers can go down, all of which have been extensively covered here at Bolt Beat.

The team could go offensive tackle and take Christian Darrisaw if the top two tackles are picked (if not, Rashawn Slater is the pick); LA could go cornerback with Jaycee Horn or Patrick Surtain, picking whoever is there at pick 13; if the team is really going for it, Tom Telesco could trade up for Penei Sewell.

The one path that has been talked about that the LA Chargers should not go down is selecting a wide receiver with the 13th overall pick, but I digress. Bolt Beat contributor Alex Insodrf already broke down why it is a terrible idea.

There are certain draft prospects that the LA Chargers should pray don’t wind up in the AFC West.
