LA Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert is one of the most exciting quarterbacks in the league to watch.

Justin Herbert has taken the NFL world by storm and has given the LA Chargers the reassurance that they selected the right franchise quarterback to lead the team after Philip Rivers‘ departure.

Herbert has turned in some fantastic performances this season and is on pace to have a record-setting rookie season in only 15 starts. He has battled against some of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time as well, facing off against Tom Brady, Drew Brees and future GOAT, Patrick Mahomes.

Herbert has another really exciting quarterback matchup this Week in Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills. Allen has taken a huge step up this season and has been far better this year than he was in his first two years.

Allen has mixed his exciting playstyle with a more efficient style of football and that is why the Buffalo Bills have one of the best records in the AFC and are one of the most entertaining teams to watch.

From a pure football fan standpoint, I am extremely excited to see these two quarterbacks put up fireworks against each other, even if that means Allen torches the LA Chargers defense (but who doesn’t nowadays?).

But who has been the better quarterback? Both have been tremendous and rather unexpected this season. To answer this question, we are going to break down where Herbert has been better than Allen and then conversely to get to a final conclusion.
