2. The LA Chargers intercept two passes — from unlikely sources

It might not seem like a bold prediction to predict two interceptions while Joe Flacco is the quarterback but the LA Chargers have not been very great in taking the ball away this season. The Bolts have eight takeaways this season, good for the fourth-fewest in the league. Their four interceptions are also the fourth-fewest.

While this defense still is not good perhaps this could be a stepping stone for the defense to step it up and play better down the stretch. I envision Flacco making two bad throws that the Chargers capitalize on and the two players that will get the interceptions may surprise you.

The first will be Nasir Adderley. Adderley has been pretty bad this season and has been one of the most disappointing players on the defense. At his core, though, Adderley is still a ball hawk and Flacco will uncork one deep during this game.

Adderley will see the soft Flacco throw flailing in the air and jump the receiver to get his second interception of the season.

The other pick will come from linebacker Kyzir White in coverage. Again, Flacco is not the sharpest quarterback in the league and there will be a point where he forces something down the middle and White will be there for the easiest interception of his life.

White has not intercepted a pass this season but he does have two in his career — one in each of the last two seasons. It is time to keep that trend alive.
