2. Uchenna Nwosu

Uchenna Nwosu certainly is not an unsung hero for Charger fans as he is a fan-favorite on the Bolts and every Charger fan saw how good he played in Week 7. However, as far as the national media is concerned, Nwosu definitely does not get the coverage he deserves as he has to share the spotlight with Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram.

Nwosu has been filling in for the injured Ingram and returned to his rotational role in this game with Ingram returning. Nwosu has always been someone who comes up in the big moments and he did that yet again in this one.

Nwosu was a huge presence early in the game in getting pressure on Gardner Minshew. While the Jaguars eventually limited that pressure in the second and third quarter, they got out to an awfully slow start because of what Nwosu, Bosa, Ingram and co. were able to do.

Nwosu was able to turn both of the pressures that he forced on Minshew into sacks. One of which was tabbed as a half-sack alongside Joey Bosa with the other being a legitimate solo sack.

Nwosu tallied five total tackles and hit the quarterback twice in this game. He might be the third or fourth-best player on this defensive line but he has shown his capabilities of being an impact player, no matter how large or small his role may be.
