The LA Chargers are back at home to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7.

The LA Chargers are fresh off of a much-needed bye week and have their easiest test of the year this season as they host the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars are undoubtedly going to be one of the five worst teams in the league this season and the Chargers had an entire two weeks to prepare for them.

Gardner Minshew might be a fan favorite but he is a big fall from the likes of Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Patrick Mahomes. This is the best opportunity of Justin Herbert’s young career for his first win as a starter.

Just how much better is the LA Chargers than the Jacksonville Jaguars? Let’s break down the rosters completely, position by position.

Special teams: Advantage, Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars’ kicking situation has been disastrous this season with former Charger Josh Lambo out of action but Lambo is expected to return in this game, swaying the advantage in special teams to the Jaguars.

The Chargers have a better punter and would have a better kick returner if Joe Reed is on the active roster (he has not been the last two weeks). However, the difference between Lambo and Michael Badgley, who is under fire for his missed kick against the New Orleans Saints, is huge.

The Jagaurs trust Lambo from long range and he has been one of the most consistent kickers in the league since being let go by the Chargers. If I had to pick Badgley or Lambo to make a 50-yarder with the game on the line I would pick Lambo 100 times out of 100.
