The LA Chargers cannot overlook the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The LA Chargers are through the toughest part of their 2020 schedule and with the bye week right behind them the team is looking to flip the fortunes of the 2020 season and get some wins built up.

The Chargers cannot afford to lose many more games if they want to be in playoff contention and that streak starts with a relatively easy game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars are one of the worst teams in the league, are a candidate for the first overall pick and have to travel all the way across the country to LA.

However, the Chargers cannot overlook their opponent. Yes, the Chargers are a far more talented football team, but as Charger fans, we should know that the team is prone to dropping disappointing games. The Bolts need to take this one game at a time and not look past Jacksonville.

Despite not being a great all-around team, the Jaguars do have some players that the LA Chargers should worry about. These players, whether because of pure talent or a matchup advantage over the Bolts, can make a lot of noise if the Chargers are not careful.

Notable Jaguars players that should not be feared

Gardner Minshew:

Gardner Minshew is a very entertaining quarterback and is one of the best personalities in football. While he can absolutely have a big game at any given time, he is not a quarterback that you necessarily have to worry about taking over the game and beating you.

James Robinson:

The breakout Jaguars running back did not make this list. Yes, he is a threat in the passing game but he does not appear to be as reliable for Jacksonville as initially thought in the running game. If the Jaguars offense is going to get humming I expect a different weapon on offense to get the job done.

Let’s get into the players that the Chargers should be worrying about.
