Week 12: LA Chargers lose to the Buffalo Bills

The LA Chargers have to hit the road for another East Coast road trip and face off against the Buffalo Bills. Right now, despite a bad loss to the Tennessee Titans, the Bills are still one of the most explosive teams in the league and Josh Allen has grown leaps and bounds.

That is the true difference in this game. Allen has played really well thus far this season and if he can continue that level of play then the Bills should be able to take care of a team like the Chargers at home.

If Allen goes back to his turnover-prone ways then the LA Chargers absolutely have the offensive firepower to overcome Buffalo. However, with Buffalo in the thick of a playoff race, I cannot see them dropping this game at home to the Chargers.

Week 13: LA Chargers lose to the New England Patriots

Yep, I am sorry again. Bill Belichick is a mastermind and if there is anyone that will exploit a rookie quarterback it will be Belichick. The Patriots have a good enough offense with Cam Newton under center and we have already seen Josh McDaniels expose this zone coverage before.

This is going to be a huge game for both teams as they will have similar records and both will be in the hunt for the playoffs — I have to pick the team that is coached better. This already feels like another heartbreaking loss waiting to happen, and as Charger fans, we really should not expect anything less at this point.

That puts the Bolts at 5-7 on the season and in a really tough spot to make the playoffs.
