Week 10: LA Chargers defeat Miami Dolphins

Just as a pure football fan, I hope that we see Tua Tagovailoa in this game. This would be the matchup of the future between Tua and Herbert and would instantly become a must-watch game for any football fan as a result.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has already had one of his vintage Fitzmagic games and there are only so many of those to go around. I could see him losing the starting job by Week 10 and even if he doesn’t, the Chargers are not the kind of team that he usually pulls out all the stops for.

That is usually reserved for big-time opponents, like the New Orleans Saints or the San Francisco 49ers.

The Dolphins still have too many roster holes and as long as the Chargers do not beat themselves in Miami, which they always seem to do, then they should be able to easily handle the Dolphins.

Week 11: LA Chargers defeat New York Jets

Adam Gase should be out of New York by the time Week 11 rolls around and if he is not then the Jets absolutely are committing to the tank and are doing so by keeping Gase in charge. He is undoubtedly the worst head coach in football.

The Jets are a bad, bad team. They will be competing for the first overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and if the Chargers want any chance at contending for a playoff spot then they have to capitalize on an easy win at home against the Jets.

They will and with a win the team will move back to .500 with a 5-5 record.
