The NFL, along with the LA Chargers have released their 2020 schedule.

It has been quite an exciting few weeks for the LA Chargers and their fans. First, they absolutely crushed the release of their new uniforms. Then, they had a very solid draft where they potentially added the future franchise quarterback. Today, Chargers fans got to map out the 2020 season and potentially plan which games they are able to attend.

Obviously, we knew who the Chargers would be playing in 2020 but it’s always fun to finally see where and when they will be playing. The first initial glance is always drawn to the season and/or home openers and then, of course, the home stretch.

Overall, I think the Chargers have a favorable schedule that should mostly work in their favor, but I’ll go through in this article and rank each matchup by difficulty starting with the easiest and then working up to the ones that are most difficult.

The Chargers were able to upgrade a large portion of their roster with the additions of Linval Joseph, Bryan Bulaga, Trai Turner, Chris Harris Jr, and Kenneth Murray especially. Joshua Kelley, KJ Hill and Joe Reed should contribute immediately as well.

Then there’s a lot to like about Justin Herbert but ultimately the amount of success this team has in 2020 is going to depend on the play of Tyrod Taylor. I personally think he is going to surprise a lot of people this year and lead this team to a much improved season.

That being said, let’s get into the nitty and gritty of this article by ranking the matchups in order of easiest to most difficult.
