The LA Chargers could get creative in the 2020 NFL Draft, and three players could get caught in the crossfire.

The 2020 NFL Draft is the most important draft for the LA Chargers in the last decade and a half. While this is the third time in the last five years that the team is picking in the top seven, it also is the first time that Philip Rivers is not on the roster.

Chances are that the Chargers are going to select a quarterback at some point in the draft. While Anthony Lynn seems to believe in Tyrod Taylor, now is the time to draft that quarterback of the future to sit behind Taylor and learn to take over the franchise moving forward.

As a result, the team could absolutely get creative. Perhaps they need to move up in the draft to leapfrog the Miami Dolphins for Tua Tagovailoa and need to send a trade package with picks and players. Maybe they trade down in the draft and include an expendable player for more capital.

Who the team selects will also dictate any potential trades. The Chargers would be more willing to part ways with a player in a certain position if they have plans to draft at that position. If the price is right the opportunity is certainly there.

With that in mind, we wanted to pinpoint the three players that we thought have the highest chances of being traded during the 2020 NFL Draft.
