Chargers News: When and where to see the new uniforms revealed

We are one day away from the most exciting Los Angeles Chargers news thus far of the offseason: the reveal of the team’s new jerseys to coincide with their move into SoFi Stadium in 2020.

The Chargers have already undergone some rebranding with an updated bolt as well as new primary colors — Powder Blue and Sunshine Gold. It is important to note that navy has been taken out of the bolt as well as the primary color list.

However, the most anticipated Chargers news has easily been the new jerseys. The promo video that the team released in late March started the excitement and with literally every single person who has seen them responding in awe, Charger fans simply cannot wait.

But that wait is almost over.

Chargers news: Joey Bosa to unveil the new uniforms on Good Morning Football

Set your alarm clocks, Charger fans! Joey Bosa is going to be appearing on Good Morning Football on Tuesday morning to unveil the new jerseys. Bosa is appearing on the show at 6:45 a.m. PDT, so anyone on the West Coast is going to have to set a quarantine alarm clock to make sure they don’t miss it.

GMF airs on the NFL Network but Charger fans can also watch the uniform unveiling on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and… TikTok. Yes, TikTok.

It is going to be hard for a certain writer who stays up until 2 a.m. every night, but I am not naming any names…

It is fitting that Bosa is the one to unveil the new uniforms as his reaction to the new uniforms was easily the best. Bosa claimed that the team was not going to get any sort of reaction out of him, only to completely break that promise and react the same way as everyone else.

Bosa also is the one that gave us our biggest hint about the jerseys. Appearing on an episode of The EndZone, Bosa said that the team completely removed a certain color from the colorway and transitioned that color into a color-rush type jersey as an alternate.

Our best guess is navy, as it would make sense to only go with the primary colors in the primary jerseys. Navy is no longer a primary color, but an all-navy jersey, especially if they do yellow numbers like the current color rush, would look great.

So after a month of waiting, Charger fans are going to have to do their due diligence of waking up early to keep from suffering a case of FOMO during the uniform reveal.

Next. George Kittle and other tight end options after 2020

There is only one word to describe how we feel at Bolt Beat: excited. Be sure to be on the lookout for our initial responses to the jerseys tomorrow morning. It will be a great read alongside your cup of morning coffee!
