5. Michael Gallup, Dallas Cowboys

Michael Gallup took a huge step up in the 2019 season that was very similar to Williams in Los Angeles. With Amari Cooper as the primary receiver in Dallas, Gallup had the first 1,000-yard season of his career and in terms of sheer yardage, had a better season than Williams.

Gallup finished the season with 1,107 receiving yards, 66 receptions and six touchdowns. He played in 14 of the 16 games, starting in only 12, and averaged 79.1 receiving yards per game.

Gallup finished 20th in the league in receiving yards last season and was marginally behind Cooper, who finished with the eighth-most receiving yards with 1,189. If Gallup would have played all 16 games, at the exact same pace of his 14 games played, he would have finished with 1,265 receiving yards, which would have the fifth-most in the NFL.

Cowboy fans certainly would make the case that Gallup should be higher on this list than Williams since he had a better season numbers-wise than Williams, but the overall production of both men in recent years gives the edge to Williams.

Williams debuted one season prior to Gallup and after missing most of his rookie year due to injuries, had a better sophomore season than Gallup had a rookie season. While Gallup has the advantage in 2019, if you combine the numbers between both seasons, Williams has a slight edge.
