Eric Berry Status Uncertain for Los Angeles Chargers Game

Kansas City Chiefs S Eric Berry’s status is uncertain at the moment to start out the season against the Los Angeles Chargers.

At the moment, Eric Berry’s status is up in the air for the Chargers game on Sunday. He has not practiced for the last 3 weeks because of a sore heel and that is the same injury that bothered in last summer, per Pro Football Talk. Of course I don’t want to see anyone hurt and want to beat a team that is at full strength, but I would rather not face against Berry if I don’t have to.

The Chargers have a history of starting out slow and we will take all the help that we can get to start out the year. Knowing our history, Berry will find a way to get on the field for their defense and that defense needs all the help that it can get right now.

The Kansas City Chiefs have dominated us for the last few seasons. We need to get these wins in the division to prove that we will be a force in the AFC West. If we stumble out the blocks, everyone will be thinking that it is the same ol’ Chargers doing the same ol’ Chargers things.

The Chargers have weapons all over the field on offense and they have a new offensive line to help protect Philip Rivers and create holes for the running game. They need to come out and set the tone right at the start of the game. If the team wins the coin toss, they should receive and shove the ball down their throats.

The Chargers offense should be able to move the ball. Andy Reid will do all that he can to throw a new wrinkle out there to throw everything off. Looking forward to this chess match and looking forward to the Chargers finally getting a win.
