Larry English is still a Charger… for now. His rookie contract didn’t get voided because he fails to reach the minimum amount of playing time in order to become a free agent (Pro Football Talk). Same old story for English, his inability to stay on the field has screwed us once again. Instead of becoming a free agent, he is on the roster eating up some salary cap space.

What will the Chargers do with him now? There still is possibility that he is released off of the roster. If the Chargers chose not to void his deal, then we would assume that he would be sticking on the roster.

The Chargers need pass rushers. Larry English is… nevermind. If Tom Telesco had been here since the beginning and seen what kind of issues that we had gone through with his injuries, then there would be no questions about it. But Tom hasn’t gone through the turmoil that Chargers fans have gone with him.
