Week 3: Sun. Sept. 23 Atlanta 1:05 p.m. FOXMichael Turner comes back to town and we will have to slow down a really good offense OR just try to outscore them.

Week 4: Sun. Sept. 30 at Kansas City 10:00 a.m. CBSKC is getting some love as the most talented team in the division. We will have to go into Arrowhead and fight for a W. It is an early start game and we don’t do to well on those.

Week 5: Sun. Oct. 7 @New Orleans 5:20 p.m. NBCGoing out east for bounty gate! They will still have an interim interim coach when we get to town and hopefully they are still trying to get things together. Robert Meachem faces his old team and Drew Brees and Darren Sproles get to face their former team in this Sunday Night matchup.

Week 6: Mon. Oct. 15 Denver 5:30 p.m. ESPNOur first look at Peyton Manning and he will have 5 weeks under his belt by this time. The rust will be knocked off and it should be a good old shoot out.

Week 7: BYE WEEKNice time for a BYE and anything better than a 4-2 record would be nice! We would have already faced each of our AFC West counterparts by this time.

Week 8: Sun. Oct. 28 @Cleveland 10:00 a.m. CBSComing off the BYE we head out to the Dawg Pound. We could be seeing Trent Richardson in their backfield.

Week 9: Thurs. Nov. 1 Kansas City 5:20 p.m. NFLNThursday Night…. eww! We get short preparation time for a division rival, but at least we will be home.

Week 10: Sun. Nov. 11 @Tampa Bay 10:00 a.m. CBSThe Thursday Night game will give us more prep time and more time to get healthy against Vincent Jackson.

Week 11: Sun. Nov. 18 @Denver* 1:15 p.m. CBSPeyton Manning part II. Anyone want to drive out to Denver for this one?

Week 12: Sun. Nov. 25 Baltimore* 1:05 p.m. CBSAfter battling with Manning, we have to deal with the tough Baltimore defense. Will Antwan Barnes go nutty against his former team again? What will the other former Ravens do?

Week 13: Sun. Dec. 2 Cincinnati* 1:15 p.m. CBSAJ Green will be in town and this team will not be easy. This is going to be 3 straight grind it out games.

Week 14: Sun. Dec. 9 @Pittsburgh* 10:00 a.m. CBSThe Steelers might be in a decline, but they are still the Steelers and we don’t win in Pittsburgh. A 10am game and have to deal with Polamalu and Big Ben.

Week 15: Sun. Dec. 16 Carolina* 1:05 p.m. FOXThis might be the easiest game down the stretch OR the following week and that means that it will be a tough December. Will we be able to continue piling on wins in the month of December?

Week 16: Sun. Dec. 23 @N.Y. Jets* 5:20 p.m. NBCBack to New York to deal with Rex Ryan and we are scheduled to be the Sunday Night game. Hopefully we don’t get flexed out because that could put us at another 10 am game.  Who will be the starting QB by this time for New York?

Week 17: Sun. Dec. 30 Oakland* 1:15 p.m. CBSHome sweet home! Who knows where we will be by this time. Hopefully we already have a playoff spot locked in by this time.

After looking over the schedule… DANG THAT IS A TOUGH SCHEDULE!!!! At least it looks really tough today.  WE HAVE TO DO WELL WITHIN THE DIVISION! 5-1 is needed to have any comfort, but when do we make things comfortable?

We gotta get things rolling! BOLT UP!
