2. Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce have less than 150 combined receiving yards
This might be on the optimistic side of the bold predictions but the LA Chargers have what it takes to limit both Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce. The team needs to execute in order to do so, which is not easy, but it absolutely can limit Kansas City's two best pass-catchers.
The team is hoping that Derwin James can be the neutralizer on Travis Kelce. The Chargers have not had Derwin James in the last few matchups against the Chiefs and he has done pretty well against Kelce.
James has extreme value in his versatility but sometimes you just have to stick him on an elite pass-catcher and let him do his work there. That is exactly what the LA Chargers should do with him in this game.
Tyreek Hill also does not have great recent success against the Chargers. He has not gone for over 100 yards against the Bolts since Week 1 of the 2018 season and even his 99-yard game last season was heavily skewed by one big play against Chris Harris.
Keeping Kelce and Hill under a combined 150 receiving yards would be huge for the Bolts and would be the perfect indication of the defense's success as a whole. The challenging part is making sure the other receiving options don't also have big games as Patrick Mahomes is absolutely capable of producing that.
