2. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have the first overall pick in the NFL Draft for the second year in a row and there are a lot of areas that the team needs to address this offseason. Of course, one of those needs is on the edge.

The Jaguars have the money to spend this offseason but they may not be able to sign one of the premiere edge rushers, for two reasons. First is that the team may look to spend most of its salary cap space elsewhere, such as to build the offensive line. The second reason is that a big-name player may not want to come to an organization like Jacksonville that has not played well.

However, a player of Nwosu's caliber can easily be swung as the Jaguars can pay him slightly over what his market value is, convincing him to come to Florida for the payday to help build something. Sounds a lot like Rayshawn Jenkins, doesn't it?

The Jaguars need to fix a lot of things and instead of spending big on one or two players, it might make more sense for the team to sign several mid-range deals like Nwosu to deepen the roster. That is what the Cincinnati Bengals did last offseason and look where it got them as a result.

And for Nwosu he gets to play in a state that has no state income tax! It is a win-win for both parties.
