14. Zach Wilson, New York Jets

I know some Jets fans who are optimistic about Zach Wilson and more power to them. I will say this, Zach Wilson has a much higher ceiling than Sam Darnold ever did and if he figures it out with his athleticism and arm strength then the Jets will be in a great position.

I didn't see enough from Wilson in 2021 to think that he is any better than the 14th-best quarterback in the conference and quite frankly, I do not expect the 2022 season to be much different. If Wilson does work out, I think he will be a multi-year project like Josh Allen, who was not very good in his first two years but then flipped the switch in year three.

Will Wilson ever be as good as Josh Allen? Probably not. But he has the intangibles to maybe one day be a top-10 quarterback in this league.

13. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa has not lived up to expectations for the Miami Dolphins, especially considering they picked him one pick before Justin Herbert. However, Tua also has not had the best situation with a bad offensive line and four offensive coordinators in two years.

Tua is getting a great offensive mind in Mike McDaniel and he could turn Tua into a better quarterback. Just based on his skill set I don't think he has an elite ceiling, but he could find a nice place in that Derek Carr/Kirk Cousins range of quarterbacks.
