12. Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins made the massive move of trading for Tyreek Hill while also bringing in a franchise tackle in Terron Armstead. There are no more excuses for Tua Tagovailoa, who is entering his third season in the league.

If Tua cannot get it done with these weapons around him, while also having a Shanahan-style offense built around him that covers his flaws, then it is probably time for the Dolphins to start looking elsewhere at the quarterback position.

That is the big variable with the Dolphins that makes them so hard to rank. They could easily be in the top seven of this list but could also end up lower than 12th and it all hinges on the quarterback position.

11. Tennessee Titans

This may seem a bit low for the reigning no. 1 seed in the AFC but I am not very high on the Tennessee Titans. Ryan Tannehill is not someone who shows up in big games and showed last year that he is not the same guy without Derrick Henry.

Henry got hurt last year and he is entering that point of his career where the injuries stack up and the regression happens fast. It happens to every running back and Henry is next on the list. With the team losing some pieces this offseason I see a regression for the Titans.
