Los Angeles Rams 34, Baltimore Ravens 18
The reason why the NFL media is hyping up the Bengals is that they just destroyed the Baltimore Ravens, who were just the no. 1 seed in the AFC a few weeks ago. However, the reason why the Bengals destroyed the Ravens is that Josh Johnson started at quarterback and the Ravens are extremely banged-up on defense.
The Ravens are running a practice squad secondary out there so it is not surprising to see a team like the Bengals, with so many weapons, go off. The Rams are a team that is better and more consistent on offense and as long as Matthew Stafford does not meltdown then this should be another high-scoring game.
I just can't see how the Ravens have any chance of stopping Cooper Kupp from having a massive game. Odell Beckham Jr. is still a valuable target and Van Jefferson is a great third option. With Sony Michel coming into his own, the Ravens are going to have a really hard time containing this offense.
Plus, Tyler Huntley is getting the start for the Ravens. I know that he almost beat the Packers this season but the Packers were comfortably winning in that game until the Ravens made a run in the end. The Rams have a much better defense than Green Bay and quite frankly, I think there is a bit of a mirage going on with Huntley.
This should be a comfortable blowout win for the Rams, giving the Chargers one of the things they need to make the playoffs.
