LA Chargers mock draft: Predicting who will be on the board at 17

13. Cleveland Browns - Devin Lloyd, LB Utah
After an underrated, exceptional season out west for the Utah Utes, Devin Lloyd finds himself a home in Cleveland. Lloyd's fantastic ability against the run and in pass coverage makes him the perfect modern-day linebacker.
14. Baltimore Ravens - Jermaine Johnson, EDGE Florida St
After having an exceptional week at the Senior Bowl, Johnson's stock is rising quickly. Baltimore gives him a home after taking him with the 14th pick, finding their replacement for Matthew Judon who was lost last offseason in free agency.
15. Philadephia Eagles - Andrew Booth Jr., CB Clemson
Andrew Booth Jr. has some of the best ball skills seen in any corner coming out over the last few drafts. Finding a solid CB2 across from Darius Slay must be a top priority for the Eagles who were torched in the secondary on a number of occasions this year.
16. Philadephia Eagles - Kenyon Green, IOL Texas A&M
With their second of back-to-back picks, the Eagles boost the interior of their offensive line by taking Texas A&M guard Kenyon Green. With the Eagles' IOL going through a transformation and with the heavy-run scheme they figure to feature more in Nick Sirriani's second year at the helm, Green makes too much sense here to pass on.
