For the second consecutive matchup, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots outclassed the LA Chargers at Sofi Stadium. Though it wasn't the 45-0 horror show and shellacking that last year was, it was still a pretty convincing Patriot victory despite the somewhat misleading 27-24 final.

Twenty-three year old signal callers Justin Herbert and Mac Jones are most comparatively known for how efficiently and impressively they each process information pre snap and make a great decision post snap.

Today, each of them didn't have their best stuff for their standards. But, considering Herbert is a far more talented athlete with a stronger arm and made the critical mistakes, Jones clearly won the day..
