With the 195th pick in this LA Chargers mock draft, the Bolts select Chris Paul, IOL, Tulsa

Chris Paul is someone who I have taken before in previous LA Chargers mock drafts. While the Bolts should re-sign Oday Aboushi on a cheap deal, it still benefits the team to add more interior offensive line depth later in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Paul is a solid option who showed the versatility to play anywhere on the offensive line, which the Chargers value. Paul has experience both at tackle and at guard and did well at both spots, especially in the run game. His size lends him to being a guard at the NFL level and he would be a solid depth option for LA.

With the 214th pick in this LA Chargers mock draft, the Bolts select Ty Chandler, RB, UNC

Ty Chandler is my absolute favorite late-round running back prospect in the 2022 NFL Draft and he is the guy who I am going to have the Chargers drafting in just about every Chargers mock draft. Chandler has showcased all of the skills to be a great rotational back alongside Austin Ekeler who can provide both in the run and in the pass.

Chandler would fit Joe Lombardi's RPO-heavy scheme to a tee and he has both the numbers and the physical traits that are exciting. The six-foot running back ran a 4.38 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine after picking up 1,308 yards from scrimmage and 14 combined touchdowns in 13 games last season.
