2022 NFL mock draft, picks 22-25:

22. Green Bay Packers select Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State

The Green Bay Packers need a receiver to replace Davante Adams and while they won't find anyone that is as good as Adams they can get the last of the "top crop" of receiver prospects in Chris Olave. Essentially, the Packers and Patriots should be going back-to-back receiver at 21 and 22 and you could flip-flop these picks depending who the Pats like more. I like Burks more.

23. Arizona Cardinals select George Karlaftis, EDGE, Purdue

George Karlaftis is the biggest faller compared to general consensus in my mock draft but he is still a bonafide first-round prospect. Karlaftis ranks 16th on the consensus big board, so falling to 23 is certainly in the realm of possibility. The Arizona Cardinals are happy he falls as they get a talented edge rusher to replace Chandler Jones.

24. Dallas Cowboys select Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa

The Dallas Cowboys are happy that the LA Chargers passed on Trevor Penning as he falls all the way to Dallas at 24. This would be a great pick for the Cowboys as they would instantly get a right tackle in the first round to replace La'el Collins.

25. Buffalo Bills select Tyler Linderbaum, IOL, Iowa

Whether he plays center or guard in the NFL does not matter, Tyler Linderbaum is the best interior offensive lineman in this draft class. Guards naturally do not get picked as high as tackles or other skill position players and thus he falls to the Bills at 25, who are more than happy to bolster the interior of their line with the best option in the class.
