3. Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks actually have one of the better receiving duos in the entire league in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Neither receiver is among the elite tier of receivers in the NFL but they are both top-20 and present one of the better combinations in the league.

The Seahawks also have some talented running backs (that they sometimes rely on too much) as well as a better offensive line. The problem is that the team traded away Russell Wilson and the current options at quarterback are either Drew Lock or Geno Smith.

There are not many options that would be worse as a starter than Drew Lock or Geno Smith. The most ironic part about Seattle's situation is that they finally committed to the offensive line as soon as they got rid of Wilson.

When Seattle comes into LA they are going to try and pound the rock and attack a run defense that was really bad last season. If the Bolts' run defense improves like it should then this should be a team that scores no more than 17 points against the Bolts.

This is a nice early test for this run defense that isn't too over-bearing, like a Jonathan Taylor or Derrick Henry. Seattle's ceiling does get slightly higher if they get Baker Mayfield and a bit higher than that with Jimmy Garoppolo, but they would still find themselves on this list regardless.
