2. Marquise Goodwin

If we want to talk about receivers that have wheels then we have to talk about Marquise Goodwin. Not only did Goodwin run a 4.27 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine back in 2013 but is a former Olympian, competing in the long jump competition for the United States in the 2012 Summer Olympics.

The 31-year-old receiver has burners and he definitely could come at a price that the LA Chargers could afford. Goodwin's numbers in recent years have not been that impressive as he has played a small role on the offenses that he is on.

However, when Goodwin received more targets in an offense he turned it into actual results. In 2017 Goodwin finished with 962 receiving yards while averaging 17.2 yards per catch. The Bolts obviously would not be expecting that out of Goodwin.

His overall numbers with the Bolts also would not be high but he would give the team another speed option alongside Jalen Guyton to take the top off of the defense. His average depth of target last season was 11.9 yards, which is actually more than Guyton's 10.5 yards.

The Chargers could probably sign Goodwin for a $3 million or less deal so he could play a smaller role as the WR4/5 that makes a few big plays over the course of the season. That is all the Chargers really need out of a speedster, after all.
